We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. This role combines administrative support, customer service, and sales development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales and attract new clients
- Write and distribute the monthly newsletter
- Follow up with new leads and nurture client relationships
- Ensure all templates, forms, and questionnaires are completed accurately
- Conduct competitor research and suggest areas for improvement
- Assist in creating installation guidelines and operational procedures
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying new talent and collaborators
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and help ensure timely payments
- Manage administrative tasks, including organizing receipts, bills, and company records

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory)
- Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (additional languages are an asset)
- Comfortable with computers, technology, and online tools
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative or sales experience
- Familiarity with the event industry is preferred
- Availability to work 3 days at the office/on events and 2 days from home

Compensation
- Hourly rate: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience)
- Approx. 40 hours per week
- Commission on sales in addition to hourly rate
- Weekly hours may vary depending on workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
