**Your Role as our Office Administrator**
- **Financial Admin**: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administration, organizing records of vendors, receipts, invoices, and account statements.
- **Human Resources**: Assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
- **Operational Support**: Providing support to management with tasks such as preparing reports, conducting research, and managing special projects. Handling various ad-hoc assignments that contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Self-starter**: As a small business, it is imperative that we take initiative. We must be able to adapt to the ever-changing priorities and take the lead to ensure we meet our goals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Even the smallest of tasks are important, so meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensuring our processes are impeccable.
- **Admin Experience**: Knowledge of clerical procedures, record keeping, and general administrative experience would be preferred, but we welcome eager learners who can demonstrate their ability to perform this role.
- **Bookkeeping Experience**: Knowledge and experience related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and procedures would be a great asset to this role.
- **Tech-savvy**: Everything in today’s world involves technology and our business is no different. Proficiency in common office software is required, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs is essential.
