We are currently looking to add a polished, professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to our Park Mazda Family, and we look forward to hearing from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet all patients in a professional, friendly, helpful demeanor upon arrival at our Dealership.
- Provide a high-level of customer service.
- Provide visitors with exceptional customer by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
- Ensure visitors feel valued, understood, and are attended to.
- Assist with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.
- Maintain tidiness of coffee and sitting area.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages.
- Using the debit machine.
- Writing receipts.
- Daily Receivable posting with bank preparation.
- Work in Google Drive, Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Scan documents into electronic records as required.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Computer proficient.
- Accounting experience (preferred)
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, mature, professional and a team player.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and can handle multiple priorities.
- Friendly, personable and can keep calm under pressure.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished Professional.

**Schedule**:

- 8 hr shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Mon/Wed from 8 am to 4 pm
- Tues/Thurs/Fri from 12 pm-8 pm
- Some weekend availability (only if needed)

**Rate of Pay**:

- $17-$20/hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
