The following summarizes key elements of the role: - Manage reception and provide exemplary customer service to all visitors. - Coordinate meetings and provides meeting support as required. - Manage travel arrangements, including booking flight tickets/hotels/car rentals for business managers - Troubleshoot technology issues and collaborate with 3rd party IT service provider. - Provide administrative support to HR by delivering assistance and administrative support on various projects. - Onboard new employees by setting up technology, software licenses, permissions, training, and other tasks as required. - Maintain a stocked supply of all necessary office items (stationary, supplies, food, etc.) - Provide support to office employees. - Perform any other duties as required. **Skills and Qualifications** - Proven administrative experience: Office Administrator (> 1 year) - Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems - Solid interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner - High school diploma or equivalent **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: One location
