- **Slingshot Transportation Inc. is expanding again We have an exciting new opportunity for an **_**Administration Supervisor **_**to join our operations team at the Milton ON terminal.**_
- **This position involves working days: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, occasional weekends based on operational needs.**_
- **Salary Range $60,000-$65,000 dependent on experience. Overtime paid over 40 hours.**_

**Duties**:

- Verifying entries into dispatch software and completing local & OTR billing approval. Ensure proper billing amounts to prepare for customer invoicing.
- Complete billing by sorting delivery paperwork to match with manifests to prepare for verification and invoicing.
- Accurately complete and maintain all necessary reports, logs, and forms.
- Oversee and verify the accuracy of Canada’s weekly payroll (salary & hourly paid employees).
- Entering daily hours for payroll.
- Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors.
- Maintaining office supply levels and ensuring supplies storage is kept neat and tidy.
- Review driver paperwork for accuracy i.e., KM’s, hours, name, signature, dates and inform dispatch of any missing information, long delays or inaccuracies.
- Liaise with head office to ensure all billing and invoicing is completed on time.

**Providing administrative support by**:

- Maintaining the Purchase order logs
- Oversee/complete and ensure the billing is completed daily.
- Verifying the reconciliation of monthly petty cash, prior to final approval
- Bank deposits as required.
- Supplier invoice scanning and filing.
- Data entry for all departments as required.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and the development of effective and efficient administrative processes.
- Assist with other various administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Paid mileage.
- Minimum 5 years of billing experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a billing or accounting department.
- Solid computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Excel.
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional and highly demanding office environment.
- Must have the ability to effectively multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Previous transportation experience is an asset.
