**Landscape Construction Foreman**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Plan labour and equipment requirements
- Plan and schedule material deliveries
- Responsible for leading and motivating multiple crews
- Train crew members and ensure adherence to all company policies
- Assign tasks and provide continued guidance regarding daily responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety training and reporting requirements
- Complete administrative tasks
- Maintain daily work logs and crew timesheets
- Manage sub-contractors and clients as needed
- Understand and follow all Company policies
- Supervisor positions are “working” Supervisor positions and are expected to perform manual labour as required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial landscape field as a Supervisor or Foreman
- Minimum 5 years experience operating various equipment
- Drivers License
- G License in good standing (DZ or AZ license an asset)
- Min 3 YRS Experience with Softscape landscape and landscape equipment
- Have demonstrated knowledge of safety/hazard awareness
- Understanding of LMN an asset
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills
