**Key responsibilities**

**Compliance management**
- Interpret and implement applicable regulatory and industry standards, including NERC-CIP, ISO 27001, and other compliance frameworks.
- Maintain a robust compliance program, including policies, procedures, and documentation to meet regulatory and client requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and maintain audit-ready records.

**Quality assurance**
- Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including document control, non-conformance reporting, and corrective action tracking.
- Conduct periodic internal quality audits to ensure adherence to QMS policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, enhancing overall service quality.

**Risk & incident management**
- Conduct compliance and quality risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Support the investigation and documentation of incidents related to compliance breaches or quality deviations.
- Ensure follow-up actions are taken to address root causes and prevent recurrence.

**Training & engagement**
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness of compliance and quality standards across IT and OT teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies, certification authorities, and auditors.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and quality requirements are embedded into IT/OT services and solutions.

**Continuous improvement**
- Monitor emerging regulations, standards, and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance and quality improvements.
- Analyze quality data and compliance metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization.

**Qualifications**

**Education & experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Compliance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' of experience in compliance and quality management, preferably in IT/OT, automation, or critical infrastructure industries.
- Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC, DCS) is highly desirable.

**Skills & competencies**
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NERC-CIP, ISO 27001) and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience in quality assurance and compliance in technical or regulated environments.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence and train cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Technical proficiencies**
- Proficiency in compliance and quality management tools.
- Familiarity with IT/OT cybersecurity frameworks and risk assessment tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.

Pay: $66,000.00-$104,000.00 per year
