Events Administrative Assistant

Our Events Department organizes and hosts trading card events across Canada. We are looking for an Events Administrative Assistant for the head of events.
**Reporting directly to the Head of Events, the Events Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following**:
- Help generate and edit reports
- Closing projects
- Reconciliation
- Data management
- Project task management
- Digital inventory maintenance
**Required qualifications and experience**:
- Proficient at Word, Excel & Google Docs
- Report writing proficiency
- Attention to detail
**Assets**:
- Event & project planning experience
- Bilingual
- Accounting experience; dealing with invoices, budgets, etc.
- Design Experience; Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Floor plans
- Project management software experience; Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.
This person can manage projects, multitask, and work efficiently under deadlines. The executive assistant must have organizational and time management skills. The person we are looking for is attentive to detail, analytical and has the ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy.
