Prema Wellness is your all-inclusive Wellness Center in Calgary We are looking for an empathetic and nurturing Client Care Specialist to join our team.

Our multi-faceted therapists are dedicated to providing a luxury and caring approach to all our treatments.

Prema will be a great fit if you are:

- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Amazing at identifying needs and selling solutions

Duties will include greeting every client in a professional and friendly manner, answering the phone with a smile, scheduling appointments with confidence, processing payments and insurance information, strong communication skills, ability to problem solve, ability to recommend packages and promotions to clients, and of course - ensuring that each client has an amazing experience.

This position is part time/full time - flexibility and weekend availability is a must.

**Your Qualifications**:

- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in sales is an asset.
- Strong competency with computers and technology skill.
- Excellent communication skills with superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- A strong team player, with a focus on team building and creating a positive work environment.
- An ability to problem solve difficult situations while creating win-win solutions.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.
- Experience using Booker software is an asset.

**We will provide you with**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
