**Your Role as Client Care Specialist**:

- **Build Lasting Relationships**: Own the entire sales cycle, from the first phone call to a warm StartStrong handoff, ensuring our clients feel valued every step of the way.
- **Drive Sales Excellence**: Utilize your skills to maximize sales, foster community connections, and liaise with healthcare providers.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated with market trends and leverage insights for strategic sales planning.
- **Continuous Client Success**: Nurture relationships and monitor client progress, ensuring they consistently receive the best care.

**What We're Seeking**:

- A driven sales professional who loves people and making a difference in the lives of seniors and in their community.
- A degree/diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations, Gerontology. Background in home care ideal and in a service-related industry is a plus.
- An RN designation would be beneficial.
- Experience with senior care, homecare, or retirement living. Knowledge of Dementia Care is an advantage.
- A proven sales track record, with at least five years of consistently achieving/exceeding targets.
- A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the willingness to travel throughout Calgary.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and oral, matched with effective presentation abilities.
- Strong networking skills, ability to multitask, and promote our services with passion.
- Computer literacy and tech savvy.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.
