**Job Title: Office Administrator / Logistics Support**

Chair Stuff Sales is a small business dedicated to providing essential medical supplies for people with disabilities, enabling them to live more healthy, independent and fulfilling lives. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Office Administrator** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the smooth daily operations of our business, bridging the gap between sales, logistics, and office administration. You’ll assist with various administrative tasks and lend support to our logistics team during peak times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in administrative processes.
- Support the logistics team with tasks like receiving, picking, and packing shipments, particularly during high-volume periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Some post-secondary education is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to follow and give clear instructions.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, kneel, crouch, and lift overhead, as well as climb ladders safely.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Willingness to learn and familiarize yourself with our products.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Must be drug
- and alcohol-free while on the job.
- A Class 5 Driver's License is an asset.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Understanding of basic workplace safety protocols.

**Additional Information**:

- **Position Type**: Full-Time
- **Pay**: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Pay: $22.00-$225.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
