- Competitive wages: base pay is $50,500- 63,000/year depending on skills and qualifications. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen.

As a Service Administrator, you’ll be the go‑to person who keeps service jobs running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with operations, accounting, and purchasing teams, helping ensure projects stay on track, costs are accurate, and customers receive timely, professional support. **Shift**:Monday

- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
**Travel**:up to 25% within Canada
**Relocation**:This position does not offer relocation
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Create, update, and close service orders; ensure accurate cost allocation and documentation
- Monitor labour, material, and service costs; run reports and flag variances early
- Set up sub‑service orders, operational tasks, and labour confirmation numbers
- Prepare purchase requisitions and support Purchasing with PO tracking and closeout
- Ensure operations teams use correct PO references and labour codes
- Track change requests and support cost control and documentation
- Reconcile POs and assist Accounts Payable with invoice verification and coding
- Process service and warranty orders with proper cost coding
- Support general branch administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in service administration, customer service, or accounting support
- Basic understanding of accounting and purchasing principles; cost tracking experience is an asset
- SAP experience is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
