Key Account Manager

*Job Summary* As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth. *Duties* - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide leadership and guidance to junior account management staff *Skills* - Business development expertise - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to analyze data and market trends - Leadership qualities to guide teams and initiatives - Proficiency in sales techniques - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms - Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration - Account management experience to oversee client portfolios - Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive business growth
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
