**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with leasing and assist in scheduling leasing appointments
- Serve as office point person for office condition or repairs
- Oversee office cleanliness, identify issues and liaise with management
- Makes sure lunchroom is left in a clean condition daily
- Liaise with suppliers and internal team for purchase of business cards, stationery and supplies
- Oversee courier services and set up staff with courier access
- Coordinate offsite storage account access for staff; oversee ongoing shredding services
- Process tenant rental payments
- Supply tenants with any information needed
- Track leasing traffic and operations
- Responsible for closing daily accounting batches
- Collating, packaging and mailing all Gateway correspondence
- Preparing leasing packages and key releases
- Assist with leasing key releases and office events as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Completion of post-secondary office administration program is an asset
- 2 - 3 years of administrative support experience
- Solid Microsoft Office computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
