**Locations**
Vancouver, New Westminster, Fraser Valley, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops
- Conduct fundamental research and due diligence of investment opportunities
- Prepare offers and assist with negotiations
- Prospect new business and initiate sales calls
- Liaise with and report to clients as needed
**Qualifications**
- Active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment
- Creative, possesses strong work ethic and drive to excel
- A good communicator
Pay: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
