Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on real estate market conditions, scheduling property showings, negotiating contracts, compiling property listings, and maintaining strong client relationships. A focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets is essential.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Strong background in Sales and Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with the local real estate market is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate tools
