**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Preparing both residential and commercial Purchase of Sale contracts
- Submitting all necessary documentation to the office broker for new listings and sales of properties
- Basic blog updating
- Scheduling meetings and booking appointments
- Organizing photography/videography, floor plans and sign installations for new listings
- Communicate with leads, clients and other realtors
- Preparing marketing print materials and other presentation documents
- Ensure to-do list is created, maintained and tasks are done on a timely manner
- Analyze existing workflows and make them more efficient
- Take leadership in evolving the administrative systems to enhance efficiency, service and sales
- Maintain security of confidential information
- Key pick up or drop offs and meeting with other realtors and clients to provide access to properties
- Pick up and drop off of feature sheets and other marketing material
- Conduct open houses
**CLIENT EXPERIENCE**:
- Consulting & coordinating with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities
- Organize and conduct showings with clients
- Arranging and preparing closing gifts at the time of possession
- Highly organized and the ability to get and keep others organized
- Able to anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the realtor, client and other professionals to meet or exceed expectations
**MARKETING & BRANDING MANAGEMENT**:
- Branding of print materials: business cards, thank you cards, merchandise etc.
- Managing Social Media Platforms such as Facebook (Facebook Ads), Instagram, LinkedIn Business Pages
- Ensuring that ads and posts align with overall messaging and voice of brand
- Basic blog website update and maintenance
- Assisting Agent in managing & enhancing their social media presence
- Tracking & coordinating all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Have own vehicle
- Own a laptop
- Lives in the city of Vancouver
- Has a home office with a door
- Has a realtor license
Speaking Mandarin will be a plus
**Experience & Education**
A Licensed realtor
Minimum 2 years administrative experience in the real estate industry
Excellent people first and customer service skills
Aptitude to multi-task and be deadline oriented
Ability to handle high degree of confidential and sensitive information
Knowledge of Paragon MLS preferred
Proficiency in Canva an asset
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
