Job Description:
-Conduct fundamental research and due diligence of investment opportunities
-Prepare offers and assist with negotiations
-Prospect new business and initiate sales calls
-Liaise with and report to clients as needed
Qualifications:
-Active sales representative license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia
-Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment
-Creative, possesses strong work ethic and drive to excel
-A good communicator
