Office Manager

Confident and comfortable using Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling service calls, dispatching jobs to technician team.
- Timesheet entries, payroll prep and running biweekly payroll.
- Invoicing
- General day-to-day miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to implement new procedures, spreadsheets, etc. to improve the efficiency of our office.
- Willing and able to drive to our office near St. Paul's every shift.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
