**Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)**:

- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Maintaining computer and manual filing systems
- Providing information to colleagues and students, while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Developing and updating administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Various miscellaneous tasks such as assisting with organizing and coordinating graduation events, assisting with orientation for 1st and 2nd-year students
- Working collaboratively with members of the Student Advisory Services (SAS) team and Faculty to ensure that students are provided with the best possible service

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration from a recognized institution
- Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Previous experience working in a sales environment is advantageous

**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, grammar and spelling
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities at once
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to build strong relationships internally
- Ability to work efficiently and with integrity under pressure
- Strong time management skills

**Note: The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12.30 pm to 9 pm, Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4.30 pm
