**Job Purpose**
We have an immediate posion open for an Experienced Office Manager who will be a part of the team at our ever-growing, fast-paced mortgage brokerage firm.
**Duties and Responsibilies**
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Follow-up with all pares such as, lawyers, clients, agents, etc. when necessary
- Weekly payables
- Reporng of savings account breakdown of funds and pey cash
- Perform general clerical dues including photocopying, fax, and mailing
- Facilitate smooth flow of the office & meengs on a day-to-day basis
- Greet visitors and clients and provide support as needed
- Maintain office facilies and supplies
- Schedule and coordinate meengs, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or other staff
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meengs
- Reporng of Points program for First Naonal and MCAP monthly
- Reporng of MPP insurance acceptance/waived and commissions associated within
- Storage unit organizaon and upkeep
- Data entry into Filogix and our custom CRM/ZOHO
- Cover vacaon of Office Administrator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Educaon and Technical Qualificaons**
- Proficient with Microso Office
- Knowledge of **Filogix** or similar program
- Experience with **ZOHO** CRM Soware is an asset

- Excellent analycal, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and wrien communicaon skills
- Professional telephone approach
- Excellent me management skills, able to priorize and efficiently manage high volume
- Strong customer service, tact and diplomacy to ensure clients needs are managed effecvely
- A team player with excellent mul-tasking abilies and a proven track record for meeng strict deadlines
**Experience**
- Minimal 2-3 years working experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constant change
- Previous experience within the banking industry is an asset
- Mortgage underwring experience is an asset
**Desired**
- Office Administraon Cerficate
- Previous experience within the Mortgage industry (2 year) is an asse
**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
