The **Administration/Logistics** is responsible for answering phones and providing excellent customer service. Including order entry, filing, database entry and other general office duties as assigned.

This position is also in charge of shipping and receiving of small to medium parcels. Including checking for damaged products, verifying bills of lading with the actual products received, and, once verified, process for courier pick up. Also package goods, check goods, and carry out other relevant tasks in addition to keeping inventory records and tracking inventories.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Specific responsibilities include:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
- Handle written correspondence received from and sent to customers in a timely manner.
- Build and promote strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs
- Determine how to ship, and create bills, invoices, and other shipping documentation.
- Examine and sign delivery slips after receiving goods.
- Inspect and confirm arriving products against invoices or other papers, tracks shortages
- Distribute and arrange the delivery of products.
- Unpack products and direct them to the proper storage facilities after making the necessary checks in the paperwork.
- Use the cart to load, unload, move, and store items.
- Maintain internal record-keeping procedures.
- Reach out to sources for different types of information.
- Contact with suppliers and shipping businesses to expedite, track, or return goods that don't meet requirements or purchase orders.
- Pack items for shipping, and create shipping instructions and identifying information for the goods.
- Take stock, keep the storage room clean, arrange, and put the stock on the shelves; make sure the area is always secure.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education level required.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, routes, and rates is an asset.
- Basic computer skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Standard workweek is 40 hours.
- Standard hours per workday are 8 hours. Overtime and hours worked outside of the standard work schedule may be required.
- Standard work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Time sensitive schedules and goals, dynamic priorities and an overall fast pace.
- Occasional interruptions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
