**Organization and Administration - Be the Key to our Team’s Efficiency**

As the Customs and Imports Assistant, you will support the departments daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative coordination and communication. Led by the Customs and Excise Supervisor, this opportunity suits a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Ready to make an impact? Here’s how**:

- Clear imports using Visual Importer Software (VIS).
- Responsible for the monthly accounting of Low Value Shipments (LVS).
- Responsible for the yearly updating and recording of USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) files.
- Prepare export documentation, harmonized tariff codes for export shipments.
- Provide other support to the Traffic and Inbound Logistics Department as required.

**We’re looking for**:

- A minimum of one to two years of experience in an office/administration role.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Working experience, or knowledge, of Customs is considered an asset.
- Willingness and ability to work additional as required.
- Strong sense of urgency to ensure all shipments are cleared without unnecessary delay.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
