Logistics Analyst

Come join our Transportation Team We are currently hiring for a **Logistics Analyst**. Reporting to the Manager, Transportation - Imports & Customs, you will be responsible for providing operational support to ensure proper functioning of our logistics (courier) shipping systems as well as administrative support to ensure invoices are processed correctly and that related files and records are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with our vendors, courier companies, and internal stakeholders. This key work will contribute to our operations running smoothly and ensure our Dealers are well supported.

**What you’ll do**:
- Negotiate yearly freight contracts including rate structures and special services with Courier companies.
- Ensure courier invoicing is correct, processed, and paid. Effectively communicate and work with our vendors and Dealers to address any invoicing or payment concerns.
- Track Courier spend weekly to provide various reports.
- Monitor vendors to ensure they follow routing instructions and follow up with compliance deduction letters if vendors are not following procedures.
- For overseas and USA shipments, work with Dealers and vendors to find lowest rates.
- Assist vendors with setup and use of online shipping system. Maintain and keep the online shipping address book up to date.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert with regards to our various logistics software platforms.
- Maintain and monitor our logistics (courier) shipping systems by scheduling upgrades and repairs.
- Communicate Dealer changes to our courier partners and update all affected systems and screens.
**What we’re looking for**:
- 1 to 2 years of logistics experience would be considered a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail are key.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Technical aptitude for computer software and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
