**The Opportunity**
Atlantic Wealth Management (AWM) is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This permanent, full-time position is 100% in-office and will report to the Chief of Staff.
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and prepare material for client meetings.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Run insurance illustrations.
- Manage all necessary documentation for client base and keep up to date with compliance regulations.
**Core Competencies**
- Communication Skills: Possesses superior communication skills (oral, written, listening) and delivers information clearly and confidently with advisors, team members, and clients.
- Execution and Organizational Skills: Prioritizes and effectively copes with change. Ability to organize work and information in a well thought out manner to deliver on specific tasks and reporting deadlines. Possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Detail-oriented, using logic and good judgment in decision making for when different situations and skills may call for different approaches.
