- Communicate effectively with field technicians, understanding the technical scope of their work to support scheduling decisions
- Monitor daily schedule progress and adjust proactively to avoid delays or conflicts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and ensure smooth delivery of service
- Maintain organized scheduling records and contribute to continuous process improvements
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong technical understanding of fire protection services (sprinkler systems, alarms, extinguishers, emergency lighting, etc.)
- Previous experience in fire protection, construction, or a skilled trade environment (scheduling experience is an asset but not required)
- Strong communicator who can work professionally with both clients, field technicians, and internal teams
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities without losing focus
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy when managing schedules, appointments, and records
- Quick thinker with problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes or issues
- Works well both independently and as part of a team — dependable, self-motivated, and proactive
If you have fire protection experience and the organizational skills to manage scheduling, we’d love to hear from you
Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Thank you for your interest.
