Full-time position to assist with all Service Department needs related to customer service, supporting account managers, general administration and senior management.
- Handle service-related requests while taking detailed information pertinent to various service requests.
- Input information and create accurate work orders utilizing our proprietary Customer Relationship Management program.
- Create detailed service reports and costing breakdowns for completed work orders
- Issue invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner
- Capture quote and tender requests and ensure they are managed in a timely manner
- Dispatching service crews with accurate work orders containing relevant information and pictures
- Assist with scheduling and keeping clients up to date with their work
- Maintain data in the ERS/POS systems
- Proofreading and formatting of service-related quotations and reports
- Provide daily updates and correspondence with client base as needed
- Respond to general inquiries
- Share workloads with other service staff when necessary
- Ensure National Account work orders are managed to ensure all protocols are followed
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma minimum. College/University degree a plus
- Construction, building envelope or roofing industry experience, a plus
- Knowledge of various flat roofing systems: e.g. TPO, PVC, BUR, Mod-Bit, etc. a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism with high level of integrity
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment (frequent interaction with internal departments, operations and customers)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to react to situations and diffuse problems that arise
- Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact.
- Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to work at fast paced professional level.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
