**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- View construction plans and understanding details that are required for proper job entry
- Checking and maintaining builder portals
- Entering purchase orders and plans into the system
- Entering job specific notes that crews will require upon scheduling
- Familiarizes themselves with pricelists
- Notices pricing errors and inquire about purchase order variances and discrepancies
- Enters change orders and ensures job details are accurate and up to date
- Analytical ability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work self-sufficiently, with minimum supervision or instruction
- Offering administrative support to the operations team
- Ensure customer service excellence is maintained.
- Maintains a professional attitude.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma and/or 2+ years of experience in the concrete and/or construction industry
- General understanding of job setup and handling of purchase orders
- Ability to focus on task at hand, including small details and producing accurate error-free work
- Reliable and clear communication skills to effectively coordination with clients and colleagues
- Good analytical ability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work self-sufficiently, with minimum supervision or instruction
- Capable of repetitive and tedious tasks
- Technology proficient
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
