**POSITION OBJECTIVE**
The Education Administrator and Driver Programs Support position is a blended role with 90% of the incumbent’s time allocated to general education administration and 10% supporting AMTA’s driver programs. The role provides administrative, software, and customer support to AMTA’s education programs with additional administrative emphasis on learners interested in AMTA’s driver development programs.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Using AMTA’s learning management system (LMS), administer membership education discounts and bundles, customized to respective membership classes, for new and renewed AMTA members
- Coordinate various course bookings related to education delivery, ensuring consistency between AMTA’s website and LMS
- Using AMTA’s LMS, maintain, issue, and account for all AMTA controlled certificates and records of training
- Maintain, vet, track, and file procedural requirements and pre-requisite documentation for AMTA’s LCV and PDIC training
- Adhere to control measures related to privacy, security and confidentiality of student records in AMTA’s LMS
Collaboratively develop a strategic, annual course calendar, incorporating feedback from various internal department stakeholders, and regularly updating schedule changes
- Assist with developing, writing and executing education delivery administrative policies, procedures, checklists and guides
- Liaise and provide internal training and support related to education delivery’s administrative procedures and LMS software
- Update and maintain all records and databases pertaining to AMTA instructors, students, coursework, and ongoing projects, ensuring confidentiality
- Support the development and maintenance of education delivery’s primary, internal, file repository in SharePoint
- Development of both internal and external-facing education delivery resources
- Learn, maintain and manage all audiovisual classroom technology, and work with corporate shared service teams to manage any tablets issued to students
