We have a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as a Print and Dispatch Admin at Computershare. This position functions as part of centralized business unit and is part of a team who is responsible for issuance of various certificates, warrants, bonds, and other securities instruments. In this role, you will deliver the highest level of service to clients and their shareholders through the accurate release of securities in compliance with relevant instructions and insurance guidelines.

Starting your shift at **10:30am-7:00pm **in our Toronto location, you are the type of person that likes to be proactive ensuring all processing is completed within required turnaround times based upon client specifications and/or internal standards.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Facilitate the issuance of physical (paper) securities to security holders by interacting with various groups in the organization as applicable
- Ensure compliance with the unique terms and conditions as well as internal service standards governing each security type, recipient, and issuer or client service agreement
- Utilize business software to facilitate quick and accurate release and tracking of securities issued
- Ensure that all securities inventory is properly utilized and secure
- Accurately communicate to others using clear precise language to avoid misunderstanding of sometimes complex information
- Mailbox management monitoring incoming requests.
- Actioning items, follow up, organize, and effectively clearly communicate with various business units to ensure Service Level Agreements, closings and other timelines are being met.
- Perform routine, or technical tasks, or procedures requiring usage of specialized software and printing equipment
- Work together with a team to ensure group responsibilities are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of any internal or sensitive information as part of the job function

- Post-Secondary education preferred
- Canadian Securities Course and/or Trust Institute course is preferred
- 1 year experience in stock transfer or securities industry preferred
