**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and other physical tasks.
- Maintain open communication with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and coordination.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 **years of professional residential cleaning experience**:

- Must be **punctual, professional, and detail-focused**:

- Registered business or sole proprietorship (HST number a plus)
- Business has **general liability insurance**:

- Access to your **own cleaning supplies and equipment**:

- **Reliable transportation** and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with data (for job scheduling and communication)
- Ability to pass a background check
