Global Operations Shared Services provides multiple business lines and regions operational support for core, high volume functions that are common across lines of business such as contact centre, transaction processing and imaging support. Services are across our global footprint and supported by underlying technology that enables optimization of execution.

Print room/Dispatch Admin functions as part of a centralized business unit and part of a team responsible for issuance of various certificates, warrants, bonds and other securities instruments. we deliver the highest level of service to clients and their shareholders through the accurate release of securities in compliance with relevant instructions and insurance guidelines. Ensures that all processing is completed within required turnaround times based upon client specifications and/or internal standards.

**A role you will love**
- Schedule 10:30 am to 7 pm.
- Guided by the queues in Workflow, the team will work on print-cases for various departments of the business
- Mailbox management is another task the team must monitor for incoming requests.
- Mail-Matching is done, in addition to physical printing. The team must print the address labels in the internal system and match them up with the certificates to be mailed out.
- Quality Control, a secondary check of the work must be completed to ensure accuracy.
- Legend Creation, Edit and Application are all handled by the Issuing Administrator to ensure that the proper legends are applied to the physical securities when printing.
- Monitoring of all exception items - “on the fly” requests, that land outside the standard protocol.

- Highschool diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in the Financial Industry
- Tech savvy
- Flexibility to work O.T as needed
