**About Us**:
Jem Medical is a modern medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in south Edmonton. We offer injectables, PRP, IV therapy, facials, laser, and medical skincare. We are expanding into integrative wellness and are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our clinic as an independent contractor.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a professional, client-centered Naturopathic Doctor who wants to grow their practice in a supportive, high-traffic clinic environment. This is an **independent contractor position**, not an employee role. You will have full clinical autonomy while benefiting from an established brand and consistent referrals.

**Compensation**:
**60/40 Revenue Split**

The split covers the costs for:

- Treatment room and utilities
- Jane App booking and charting
- POS system
- Cleaning of shared areas
- Website + social media marketing
- Cross-referrals from aesthetics, IV therapy, laser, and skincare services

No room rental. No hidden fees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct naturopathic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide services within your licensed scope (nutrition, supplements, botanical medicine, etc.)
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Promote consistent rebooking and client follow-up
- Collaborate with our aesthetics and wellness team
- Maintain licensure and professional liability insurance

**Requirements**:

- Registered Naturopathic Doctor in good standing
- Valid malpractice insurance
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in women’s health, hormones, gut health, stress, IV therapy, or wellness programs is an asset
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
