**COMPENSATION**: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience

**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Content Design & Development**
- Ensure alignment of messaging across all marketing channels.
- Design visually appealing graphics that attract clients.

**Social Media Strategy**
- Create and implement an effective social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Support ongoing digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Proactive in analyzing data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategies for better outcomes.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in marketing messaging.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

**Innovation & Creativity**
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure social media presence remains relevant and impactful.
- Continue exploring new ways to creatively engage with the audience.
- All other related reasonable duties and responsibilities._

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong content creation, design, and development skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Zenoti, Klaviyo, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), among others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
