_Thrive Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is looking for a part-time chiropractic assistant to add to our growing and fast-paced wellness clinic._

The right fit for our team must be friendly, energetic, health-minded, and willing to go the extra mile to make all patients feel like family We treat mainly families at Thrive, so it is necessary that you are comfortable around kids, and can maintain a calm composure even during the busy times.

**Responsibilities of our Chiropractic Assistants**:

- Greeting patients in a happy, energetic nature
- Managing efficient flow of the clinic
- Handling daily admin duties - scheduling appointments/filing etc.
- Processing online insurance submissions
- Collecting payments
- Creating a friendly and supportive environment
- Possibly assisting with small children and babies while parents see chiropractor

**Required Skills: (No previous experience is needed)**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail orientated, organized and hard working
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and keep a calm composure
- Kind, personable, and able to work as a team
- Flexibility to change shifts and able to cover vacations as needed
- Willingness to learn

Thrive is a beautifully designed wellness clinic located in Windermere in SW Edmonton. Our clinic is a family-wellness clinic with a large patient base in chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, and craniosacral services.

**YOU**:

- Ready to learn
- Available to work part-time hours. Ideally the shifts we would like covered are:
Tuesday and Thursday: 3:00 - Close (7:30 PM) and Saturday 10:00 - 2:00

We have some flexibility with the hours. There is also the opportunity to pick up extra hours to cover vacation days or more hours in general if wanted.

**Hours for the position: 12-15 hours a week.**
