**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide exceptional therapeutic service
- Create treatments and strategies for client wellness
- Monitor and evaluate client progress
- Work within multidisciplinary environment to manage client health & facilitate collaboration when appropriate
- Maintain client records
- Ensure all safety, infection, quality and environmental procedures and rules are in place and used

- Insured for professional liability

- Ability to work independently, but also function well within an established team
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly reliable and self-motivated to build your client base
