Business Development Representative (Real Estate Agent Recruiter)

Are you a driven, persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on recruiting new and experienced real estate agents to join our growing brokerage.
This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential agents—introducing them to our company, showcasing our value, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce our brokerage and communicate the benefits of joining our team.
- Schedule interviews and recruitment presentations with leadership.
- Track all outreach activity, conversations, and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance agent recruitment campaigns, job ads, and agent outreach materials.
- Attend local networking events, open houses, and real estate career fairs.
- Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or recruiting (real estate industry a big plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and follow-up skills
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
- A passion for real estate and helping others succeed
