**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Procurement Coordinator** to support purchasing activities within Right Traffic and will report to the Manager of Procurement. This role is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, equipment, and services necessary for day to day operations—including signage, safety equipment, vehicle parts, and services—while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the full procurement cycle, including quote requests, purchase order creation, order receiving, and tracking.
- Assist with invoice matching and help resolve discrepancies in coordination with Finance and Operations teams.
- Track order status, confirm deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor files.
- Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and service terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Source new suppliers to support operational growth and ensure supply chain resilience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather purchasing requirements and ensure alignment with procurement policies.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on Procurement activities
- Support audits by maintaining organized documentation for procurement and vendor compliance.
- Work closely with Operations, Project Managers, Finance, and Shared Services teams.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and periodic evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement related experience
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP software preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to travel to USA if necessary

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
