We are seeking two versatile individuals for dual roles in property management and guest services, offering an opportunity to contribute directly to our operations and grow with us.

**Job Details**
- **Location**: GTA (personal vehicle preferred; mileage and gas reimbursement included)
- **Compensation**: Competitive salary
- **Work Hours**: 30-60 hours per week with flexibility; weekend hours required
- **Environment**: Fast-paced and dynamic

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guest Services_
- Address guest issues proactively to ensure a seamless stay; engage vendors to support any work required at properties
- Verify guest payments and ensure compliance
- Support unit onboarding and leasing
- Travel across locations for property and guest service needs (as needed / routine)
- Ability to build rapport with guests and maintain positive relationships.
- Negotiation skills to handle special requests or concerns effectively.
- Provide operational updates to team weekly
- Act as an on-site ambassador, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Experience with Quickbooks Online considered an asset but not required
- Experience with Guesty PMS is preferred
- Property Management_
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs; either in person or via contractor base
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems and other equipment
- Conduct high-quality handyman repairs (e.g., furniture, doors, windows)
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee their work
- Complete detailed unit walkthroughs and maintenance checks post cleanings
- Facilitate guest check-ins/outs and maintain organized project documentation
- It is preferred to own a vehicle for GTA travel (mileage reimbursement included) but not needed depending on location
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting considered an asset
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or maintenance roles preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and task execution
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment
- Experience with basic maintenance tasks (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs) or able to trouble shoot
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for contractor coordination and guest relations
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks

Pay: $16.55-$30.00 per hour
