**Position**:
Assistant Property Manager

**Education**:

Competitive starting base pay with a 1-year contract, extendable based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and rent payments

**Skills**:

- Prefer with experience using Buildium or similar property management softwares(PMS), and utilize computer and technology skills
- Strong office and administrative skills, including data entry and file management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively

**Personal suitability**:
Fluent in both English and Korean**
Work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication (written/oral) skills.

Note: A criminal background check is required.
**Must be fluent in both English and Korean in writing and speaking.

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
