Toronto, Canada TPM Property Management Full time

We are a property management company operating in the Greater Toronto Area, with a vision to grow nationwide. We pride ourselves on our high quality of customer service and innovative technologies to assist in the property management process.
- Manage properties and coordinate maintenance, finance, and tenant relations
- Manage all new lease and renewal activities, including advertising and applicant screening
- Coordinate maintenance and compliance activities as necessary
- Conducting vendor searches and building business relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure contractual obligations are met, agreements are properly prepared and executed, and that occupancy rules and regulations are understood and adhered to
- If desired, helping to build the portfolio of properties managed

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing multi-site real estate portfolio
- Results driven with strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of lease agreements, relevant legislation, accounting/bookkeeping, and general legal concerns
- Proficient with technology, including social media, Zoom, and other tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Desire to be self-directed and self-managed, with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to build credibility with a variety of stakeholders
- Accountability for actions and ability to recognize how decisions and responsibilities may impact stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
