- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques to effectively market available properties and negotiate lease agreements.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking property maintenance activities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
