We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team

**Role Description**

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing all aspects of marketing for the company. This includes managing all marketing projects for the company’s divisions as well as coordinating with external partners to execute marketing projects for clients. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed in accordance with company policies and guidelines. This individual will also be responsible for implementing new marketing initiatives within the company and ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with company policies and guidelines. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all marketing projects with internal departments (Marketing, HR, Sales) as well as external partners (video production companies, social media managers, agencies) to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate all marketing projects within Ecofolds Packaging ’s divisions as well as ensure that projects are executed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Develop strategies for new initiatives to drive engagement with current customers as well as identify target audiences for new initiatives.
- Manage all marketing campaigns within Ecofolds Packaging ’s portfolio (i.e., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure that they align with Ecofolds Packaging ’s brand values.
- Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with government regulations (i.e., HIPAA) while ensuring compliance to internal regulations (i.e., EEO).
- Conduct market research to identify trends or issues impacting customer engagement strategies.
- Develop metrics to track overall customer engagement levels within campaigns across multiple channels/platforms.
- Work closely with Director of Marketing on new market research studies or data/research needs as well as on past research findings/findings that impact overall busines
