Purpose:
As part of the Quality Systems team, this role is responsible for reviewing and storing Quality System
documents for the organization. Uploading documents and assigning courses to employees via an LMS. The
online platforms.

Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Missisauga, ON
Reports to: Senior Manager, Quality Systems

Job Responsibilities:

- Update, review and understand SOPs, WI, OPRs and other operational documents
- Subject Matter Expert in change management and Good Documentation Practices
- Develop and maintain SOP training matrix for all OMS employees
- Ensuring documents are properly stored and organized, and standards for document storage are being met
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to deliver high-quality documents in iTacit
- Work with area managers to determine appropriate training requirements
- Ensure that new staff members receive and complete appropriate introductory training
- Assign courses via LMS based on Standard Operating Procedures
- Plan annual QA/GMP refresher courses for staff members across the company
- Implement and manage training KPIs and
- Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

- Completion of a Diploma or Undergraduate degree in an applicable field or a combination of work experience and training certificates may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Document control specialist or similar role within operations, quality or healthcare preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient with LMS systems, experience with iTacit preferred

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
- Ability to time manage, remain organized and prioritize work
- Enthusiastic and dependable and action oriented, with keen willingness to learn and improve on existing skill set
