**Position Summary**
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven **Document Fulfillment Specialist** to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients throughout the mortgage process—from approval to funding—ensuring each file moves forward smoothly and efficiently. **What You’ll Do**
- **Manage Documentation**: Collect and organize required mortgage documents to ensure all lender conditions are satisfied.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, lenders, and referral partners—providing clear updates and resolving inquiries promptly.
- **Track Timelines**: Manage multiple files at once, ensuring deadlines are met and the process stays on track.
- **Maintain Compliance**: Accurately input and manage client data, ensuring all documentation complies with industry regulations.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with mortgage agents, underwriters, and other internal departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- **Support Additional Tasks**: Order appraisals, coordinate with lawyers, prepare signing packages, handle post-closing administration, and manage compliance documentation.

- An excellent communicator—both in writing and over the phone
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive client information
- Independent and self-motivated, but also a strong team player

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Level 1 Mortgage License (Ontario)
- 2+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Familiarity with mortgage platforms and CRM tools

**Compensation & Perks**
- **Salary Range**: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonus potential
- **Benefits Package** includes:
