**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee scheduling of appointments and ensure timely patient care.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle billing processes, budgeting, and financial reporting for the office.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care services.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage human resources functions including employee relations and benefits administration.
- Ensure that all medical terminology is accurately utilized in documentation and communication.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Avaros software systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices within a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a medical office environment is essential.
- Supervisory experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and their implementation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to both acute care and general practice settings.
- Experience with budgeting processes within a healthcare context is advantageous.

Pay: $24.25-$28.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
