London, Canada Springbank Medical Family Practice Full time

Part-time Medical Office Assistant required for family practice office with three physicians. Duties include: greet and check-in patients, prepare exam rooms and prepare patients for the medical visit; answer phone calls and schedule appointments, maintain electronic medical records, faxing/scanning, collect payments from patients, phone patients with messages.

High school diploma or equivalent required; education in medical office systems and experience in a medical office are ideal but not required.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to multitask are essential.

Required working hours are every Friday 8:30-5, occasional evenings on Monday or Wednesday 5-8 pm when a physician is on-call (3 times a month), 9 hours on a weekend when a physician is on-call (usually once a month), occasional holiday coverage of other MOA.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-02-10
