**Job description**
- A Family Physician is seeking Medical Office Assistants for a full_-time permanent _position. _The applicants will be dependable, organized, and demonstrate the ability to provide good service to patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner_. Ideal for someone who plans to make this job as a career._

Job description:
The roles include but are not limited to,
- Booking appointments, welcome and register patients for scheduled appointment
- Verify patient information and OHIP validation
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Photocopy, scan and upload necessary reports to patients’ charts,
- Prepare vaccines for immunization
- Ordering office supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of the offices and exam rooms
- Maintaining cleanliness and autoclaving of equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Diploma from community college in Medical Office Administration
- Adept in using Microsoft Office
- EMR experience required, preferably PS Suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional 1-2 Saturdays per 6 months may be needed

Work remotely
- No

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
