Robbins Parking Service is excited to be recruiting for a full-time position as an Administrative Assistant at our Head Office in Downtown Victoria.

- Have the ability to use various computer and graphic design programs

- Be confident with computers, Office 365- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and efficient at learning new computer systems.
- Excel at both verbal and written communication.
- Importantly have a genuine desire to learn new tasks and meet the needs of the team.
- Be trustworthy and discrete when handling sensitive and private information.
- A positive and enthusiastic mindset, excited for change and development
- Proactive and takes initiative. Can reliably perform without ongoing supervision
- The ability to be quick and accurate when entering data
- Tactfulness, maturity, and capacity to operate under pressure
- Strong knowledge of the Victoria area would be considered a definite asset
- Basic accounting skills and experience with account reconciliations is an asset

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

- Handling office tasks such as taking minutes, generating reports, setting up meetings, shipping, and reordering supplies.
- Organizing and updating billings for specific sites
- Assist in organization of keys, files and general administration
- Inputting and updating spreadsheets (excel)
- Decalling and designing signage proofs using specialized printers
- Taking phone calls and providing details to Managers.
- Organize daily log sheets from Maintenance department
- Following up on orders (signage, products, inventory, etc)
- Tracking of inventory - uniforms, meter products, etc
- Willing to take on new tasks and see them to completion.

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
