We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partnership to join our team. Reporting to the Director, People Planning and Strategy,
and as a key member of the management team, the Manager, HR Business Partnership will oversee a group of HR professionals in
a Center of Excellence model that is responsible for the successful delivery of strategic organizational programs and operational
responses to people matters. The group serves and supports leaders across the organization to achieve their short term and
long-term business objectives using systems thinking, data driven insights, innovative solutioning, and a results-oriented growth

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Through their team, ensure service for leaders across the organization is accessible, well-defined, and understood by

- Support and enable the building and management of strategic relationships with leaders across the organization to proactively

facilitate effective information sharing, decision-making, and actions on people issues.
- Assist in developing data requirements to understand trends and areas of focus in the business and ensuring the utilization of

data analysis to drive business decisions relating to people matters.
- Oversee the delivery of successful workforce planning strategies and organizational structures, while ensuring engagement

with leaders and the appropriate center of excellence.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement forward-thinking HR solutions that meet the distinctive

challenges of the business and drive the successful delivery of expected outcomes.
- Direct, lead, and inspire the Business HR team, contributing to a high-performing, strategic function that can meet the current

and future needs of Manitoba Hydro.
- Provide consultation and advice on key issues across the full suite of human resource related matters, including providing

feedback to and collaborating with all areas of HR.
- Ensure the alignment of HR strategy, policies, and programs with the attainment of business goals and future requirements of

the enterprise.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring, support employee development, and be a champion for enhancing employee

experience.
- Manage complex dispute resolution and handle confidential issues professionally and appropriately in accordance with

collective agreements, policy, and legislation.
- Create an environment that reinforces positive work behavior, enables and fosters a customer-focused, people-first mindset,

solicits feedback, and adjusts services accordingly while working to establish long-term relationships.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Completion of a four-year degree from an institute of recognized standing in an appropriate discipline, complemented by a

minimum of nine years of directly related experience, demonstrating progressively greater responsibility in a leadership
capacity. An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
